Delivery Area
Pacific Coast Steel Supply currently provides deliveries within Southern California only.
Orders submitted outside our delivery area may be declined or canceled.
Customers are encouraged to contact us before ordering if they are unsure whether delivery is available to their location.
Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided as estimates only.
While we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, delivery times may vary due to:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are safe and accessible.
Additional charges may apply if:
- Delivery access is restricted

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the customer or their designated representative.
Customers should inspect all deliveries immediately and report visible damage or shortages at the time of delivery whenever possible.
Customer Pickup
Customers choosing to pick up orders are responsible for:

- Ensuring their vehicle complies with applicable weight limits
Pacific Coast Steel Supply is not responsible for damage occurring after products leave our facility.
Returns
Because many products are fabricated, cut-to-size, or special-order materials, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

- Special-order products
- Clearance items
- Products showing signs of use or damage
Approved returns require prior authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
